Builders, multifamily and property managers
Builders and developers. Start cabinet planning off the construction plans, before cabinets hit the critical path. Use the Fabuwood ladder as a buyer selections program: four price tiers, one supplier, one invoice. Free 3D for each buyer. Staged deliveries as each house is ready.
Multifamily and apartment renovation. One spec, every unit. Lock a door and color once, then reorder by name for the next building. White and gray shaker lines make tenant turns simple. Volume pricing is available for multi-unit orders.
Property managers. Make-ready, leak replacement, batch renovations. Send the unit number and the spec. We quote it and deliver to the property for $300 flat. We accept purchase orders and offer net terms for management companies.
Investors and flippers. The listing date doesn’t move. Pick a repeatable spec, order it per house, and get it delivered.

We run regularly to Richmond, Henrico, Glen Allen, Short Pump, Midlothian, Chesterfield, Mechanicsville, Hanover and Ashland, Petersburg, Goochland, Williamsburg, Newport News and Hampton, Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia.

Custom orders take 7–14 days. We give you the window for your exact brand and line before you order.
Do you deliver to the jobsite?
Yes. $300 flat anywhere in Virginia, curbside or in the garage. We deliver Monday to Friday once the order is ready, and we can stage deliveries for phased jobs.
Do you measure?
Yes, free. From your drawings at the showroom, or on site within 1.5 hours’ drive of Tomlynn St.
How fast can I get a quote?
Send plans or measurements plus the customer’s selections and we’ll turn a quote around in 1–3 business days (often on the spot if you’re in the showroom). If something’s missing, we’ll tell you what.
Can my own crew install?
Yes. We supply and spec the cabinets. Installation stays with your crew. If you need hands, installation is available through our contractor network.
Which cabinets come assembled?
Fabuwood and Décora ship assembled. Forevermark, L&C, Tribeca, J&K, Timberpeak and Wellkraft are RTA.
Can I get countertops and vanities through you too?
Yes. We template, our fabrication partner cuts and installs, and we manage it start to finish. Vanities come from L&C (M-Series), J&K, Fabuwood, Forevermark and Tribeca.
Do you sell to dealers and designers?
Yes, including for resale. Send your company info the same way.
Do you accept purchase orders or offer net terms?
Yes, for property management companies, and volume pricing is available for multi-unit orders.
What does the warranty cover?
Each brand has its own warranty. Our warranty page lists every manufacturer’s statement.
