Warranty Information for Every Brand We Carry
Every product at Land of Cabinets is covered by its manufacturer’s own warranty. Pick your brand below to see how long it lasts, what it covers, and how to file a claim, then download the official document.
How warranty claims work at Land of Cabinets
Damaged or wrong item at delivery. Check every box before installation. If something is damaged, send us a photo of the cabinet before installation, a photo of the damage and the cabinet size. We file the replacement claim with the brand. Once a cabinet is installed, shipping or handling damage can’t be claimed.
A manufacturing defect later on. Call or visit us with your invoice and photos of the problem. Most brands process claims through the dealer who sold the product, so we’ll submit it to the manufacturer for you under that brand’s warranty.

Cabinet warranties
Fabuwood
Limited Lifetime- Lines covered: Allure, Illume, Value Premium, Quest, Valencia and Ovela cabinets bought on or after October 1, 2024. Older purchases fall under Fabuwood’s Limited 5-Year Warranty.
- Who: the first residential purchaser, in a primary or secondary home they own and use. Not transferable to later owners.
- Not covered: rental, commercial or multi-unit common-area use (unless Fabuwood approves in writing); countertops, appliances and plumbing; improper installation or modification; rooms without year-round climate control; excess moisture, heat or direct sun; normal wear; natural wood and finish variation.
- Remedy: repair or replacement of the defective cabinet or part at Fabuwood’s option. Removal, shipping and installation labor aren’t included.
- Claims: filed by the original authorized dealer, which is us. If the dealer can’t be reached, email customerservice@fabuwood.com with photos, or call (201) 432-6555 ext. 1.
Décora
Lifetime Limited- How long: for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home where the cabinets are installed.
- Who: the original owner and occupant (or the first occupant who buys from the builder). Residential installations in the U.S. only; not transferable.
- Not covered: outdoor installation, misuse, improper storage, installation, cleaning or maintenance; temperature outside 50–85°F or humidity outside 30–55%; fire, flood; normal wear; natural wood aging and color change.
- Remedy: repair or replacement of the non-conforming part at Décora’s option. Labor for removal and reinstallation isn’t included. Warpage or joint claims may be deferred up to 12 months while the cabinets acclimate.
- Claims: through your authorized Décora dealer, with a dated sales receipt.
Tribeca
5-Year Limited- How long: five years from the date of purchase, for products made on or after January 1, 2020.
- Who: the original residential purchaser, in the U.S. and Canada. Not transferable. Doesn’t apply to commercial or rental properties.
- Not covered: natural wood and finish variation, pitch pockets and mineral streaks, hairline cracks at joints, warping up to 1/4″, fingerprints, damage from household cleaners, improper storage, assembly or installation, excess moisture, modifications.
- Remedy: repair or replacement of defective parts. Assembly, installation, removal and transportation costs aren’t included.
- Claims: in writing through the dealer, with your dated sales invoice and photos of the defect.
J&K Cabinetry
5-Year Limited- How long: five years from purchase, or as long as the original buyer owns the home, whichever is less. Door hinges and drawer glide systems are covered for one year.
- Who: the original purchasing consumer, normal residential use, U.S. and Canada. Not transferable.
- Not covered: improper handling, storage, assembly or installation; abrasive or citrus cleaners; temperature outside 50–85°F or humidity outside 30–55%; normal wear, misuse, overloading; natural wood and glaze variation; hairline cracks and gaps at mitered joints. Door warpage greater than 1/4″ is covered.
- Remedy: repair or replacement with the same or a similar style. Labor, shipping, removal and installation aren’t included.
- Claims: start with the authorized J&K dealer who sold the product, with a dated sales receipt.
Forevermark
5-Year Limited- How long: five years from the original purchase for products bought after May 23, 2020. Painted finishes are covered for two years.
- Who: the original consumer purchaser, residential use, at the original installation site. Not transferable.
- Not covered: natural wood variation (color, grain, mineral streaks, knots), labor, shipping, removal and installation.
- Remedy: repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion (The Shekia Group).

Countertop warranties
Countertop warranties cover the material. Fabrication and installation are covered by the fabricator who cut and installed your tops. Several brands require you to register your countertops after installation, so don’t skip that step.
Cambria
Full Lifetime · Transferable- How long: for the life of the installed product, for Cambria bought and installed in the U.S. or Canada after September 1, 2018. Transfers automatically to later owners.
- Conditions: fabricated and installed by Cambria-approved fabricators, used indoors as intended, and cared for per Cambria’s care guide.
- Not covered: heat or thermal shock, impact chips and cracks, chemical damage, outdoor use, poor support or cabinets underneath, and fabrication or installation quality.
- Claims: must reach Cambria within 30 days after you notice the issue. Call 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742). Registering at CambriaUSA.com/Warranty is recommended.
MSI · Q Quartz
Residential Lifetime- Who: the original purchaser, in an owner-occupied single-family home, installed by an authorized Q fabricator. Not transferable.
- Register within 30 days of installation at QfromMSI.com to activate the warranty.
- Not covered: rentals and commercial use, outdoor use, chips from impact, scratches, heat and thermal shock, chemical damage, seams and installation, and natural pattern variation.
- Claims: contact the company that sold your Q, or MSI at 1-800-490-0060, within 30 days of the failure, with proof of purchase.
Cosentino · Silestone & Dekton
25 Years- How long: Silestone 25 years, Dekton 25 years (Dekton GRIP finishes 5 years), Sensa 15 years. Cosentino sinks and other finished products 5 years.
- Register within 6 months of purchase at cosentino.com. Keep your original invoice. The warranty is transferable.
- Not covered: faulty fabrication or installation, cracks or chips from impact or heat (Silestone), customer misuse, color or appearance preferences after delivery, and the cost of fabricating and installing replacement tops.
- Claims: through your point of sale or Cosentino North America at (866) 268-6837.
Vicostone
15-Year Residential- How long: 15 years from the original installation date, when installed by a Vicostone-certified fabricator.
- Register within 30 days of installation at us.vicostone.com. Valid for the original owner, who must live in the home.
- Not covered: commercial or outdoor use, chips, scratches and impact damage, excessive heat, chemical damage, seams, fabrication or installation issues, and natural color variation.
- Claims: start with the fabricator who installed your tops. If they’re no longer in business, contact Vicostone USA.

Wall panel warranty
Fibo
Limited Lifetime- How long: for the lifetime of the installation, up to 50 years, in residential applications in the U.S. and Canada.
- What it covers: Fibo wall panels and kitchen boards won’t delaminate, stain, fade or crack when installed and maintained per Fibo’s instructions.
- Not covered: sealants, profiles and screws; misuse or improper installation; high-moisture spaces like hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms; outdoor use; building movement; normal wear; removal and labor costs.
- Claims: email info@fibosystem.com or contact the dealer you bought from, with your invoice and a description of the defect.
These summaries are provided for convenience. The manufacturer’s official warranty document is the binding version, and manufacturers may update their terms. Land of Cabinets does not issue its own product warranty and can’t change any manufacturer’s terms. Installation done by others is not covered by these product warranties.
