Damage handled locally: check every box before installation. Send us a photo of the cabinet, a photo of the damage and the size, and we file the replacement claim with the brand.

Which quartz brands do you carry?
Cambria, Silestone and Q by MSI (we’re an authorized dealer for all three), plus Vicostone and MODA.
Does quartz need sealing?
No. Quartz doesn’t need sealing. Clean it with mild soap and water and follow the brand’s care guide.
Is quartz heat-proof?
No countertop is worth risking. Most quartz warranties exclude heat damage and thermal shock, so use trivets or hot pads.
Do I need to register my quartz warranty?
For several brands, yes: Q by MSI and Vicostone within 30 days of installation, Silestone within 6 months of purchase. Cambria recommends registering. Details are on our warranty page.
Do you install quartz countertops?
We template, our fabrication partner cuts and installs the tops, and we manage it start to finish.
Can I get quartz for my bathroom vanity too?

Do you offer free measurements?
Yes. Bring your drawings to the showroom, or we measure on site for free anywhere within 1.5 hours’ drive of Richmond.
